Problem Statement

In the vibrant world of NFTs, collectors often need a centralized platform to view, manage, and celebrate their collections. Tools that encourage engagement by rewarding collectors with achievements and enabling them to compare their progress with others are also needed.

Solution Overview

We are developing a comprehensive NFT Collection Dashboard with the following core functionalities:

1. Asset Display:

   • Users can log in and connect their NFT wallet.

   • The platform retrieves and displays all NFTs under specific policy IDs associated with the user’s wallet.

2. Achievements & Trophies:

   • Automatically generated digital trophies based on collection milestones:

     • Collecting at least one of each breed within a collection.

     • Owning at least one NFT from each policy.

     • Completing all traits within a collection.

     • Owning 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 NFTs under a specific policy.

   • Incomplete trophies will show a progress meter, indicating the percentage of completion.

3. Profile Customization:

   • Users can personalize their profile by selecting a profile name and choosing an NFT from their collection as a profile picture (PFP).

4. Leaderboard:

   • A leaderboard will track and display users' achievements, allowing them to compare their performance with other collectors.

5. Marketplace Integration:

   • For incomplete trophies, users can access links to relevant NFTs for sale on external marketplaces, encouraging further collection completion.

6. Scrolling Banner for Top Sales and Listings:

   • To keep users informed of market trends, a dynamic banner displaying the top sales of the last seven days and recent marketplace listings will be included.

Impact

This NFT Collection Dashboard will significantly enhance the user experience for NFT collectors within the Cardano ecosystem by providing a centralized platform to manage, display, and celebrate their collections. It will foster a more engaged and competitive community through achievements and leaderboards, encouraging collectors to participate and grow their collections actively. Integrating external marketplaces will streamline the buying process, potentially increasing marketplace activity.
